Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a family gathering,
a team-building event, or simply a chance to connect
with loved ones, Create! can help you host a special celebration!
We have three party offerings to choose from:

- Open Play Party: Enjoy our Open Play alongside the public with private party room access for birthday kiddo + guests. Starting at $480 for 10 kids.
- Arty Party Project Party: Join us for an exciting celebration and craft in our private party room. Starting at $575 for 10 kids.
- Rent The Studio After Hours Private Party: Rent the entire studio for you and your guests to enjoy our Open Play offerings in a private setting.

Our venue rental fee starts at $1180 and covers up to 30 guests. This includes both adults and children.
​
Create Team members are not considered chaperones, as their primary role is to facilitate the art activities and provide guidance, rather than direct supervision.
Afterschool Party Times:
Tuesday-Friday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Weekend Party Times:
​
Saturdays: 10:30 am - 12 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
​
Sundays: 10:30 am - 12 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Rent the Studio Private Parties can be booked:
Monday 10 am - 12 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Tuesday - Saturday 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Sunday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

We'll do our best to accommodate requests for extra time whenever possible. Additional time is available in 30-minute increments for $150.

Complete our inquiry form, letting us know your date and time preferences (it helps to give us a couple dates)

Once the date is chosen, we will request a $150 non-refundable deposit that will secure your date. Party slots are held for 24 hours after the deposit request is sent.

We will contact you to schedule a phone call to discuss all the details! Let us know if you prefer to communicate via email.

The final balance and final headcount is due two weeks before your party.

🎉 Party Payment Policy
To help us create a smooth and magical party experience for your child and their guests, we ask that all party balances be paid in full two weeks prior to your event.
This ensures we have plenty of time to prepare materials, schedule staff, and personalize your celebration.
​
Once we confirm your headcount and send your final invoice, we’ll give you a gentle nudge to submit payment. If payment hasn’t been received within 72 hours of that reminder, we’ll go ahead and Quick Charge the latest headcount on file to the card used for your deposit.
This helps us keep everything on track behind the scenes so your celebration goes off without a hitch.
