What to Bring

Cake or cupcakes, drinks, napkins, plates, utensils, and candles.

We have a lighter and a small refrigerator/freezer, but many families bring a cooler if they want drinks to stay cold.
Tip: small drinks work best since kids rarely finish large bottles.

The studio is fully decorated, but there is space if you’d like to hang a banner.
Please note that nothing can be attached to the mural wall.

We’re happy to help unload and load your car, assist with decorations, and handle cleanup after the party.

Table Setup

No need to bring a tablecloth.

We wrap the tables in Kraft paper and set out markers so kids can draw during the party.
(The only exception is slime parties, where the tables are not wrapped.)

You’re welcome to bring table decorations or centerpieces, and we can help set those up.

Extra Food (Optional)

Our party times are scheduled between meal times, so bringing extra food is completely optional.

If you’d like to bring something, some popular options are:

For adults

Bagels
Breakfast tacos
Grazing boards

For kids

Pizza
Small snacks (Goldfish, Pirate’s Booty, etc.)
Mini juice boxes or small water bottles

Alcohol

Adults may bring alcohol, but we are not able to serve it.
Please bring plastic cups if needed.
No glass allowed.

Food Delivery Timing

If you are having food delivered:

• Morning party (ends at 12 pm): delivery by 11:15 am
• Afternoon party (ends at 4 pm): delivery by 3:15 pm

TABLE SIZES

Table: 55” x 21’

Each table is 27 3/8” x 51” and we have 10 tables - 5 on each side

CAPACITY: We can comfortably fit 20 but could fit 24 kids. We recommend the adults stay in our reception area that seats 12 (plus a bench) or drop-off.

The studio has a capacity of 75 people.
