Everything you need to know before booking.
PARTY INFORMATION
For your Invitations:

We are adjacent to Terra Toys near the intersection
of Burnet and West Anderson.
​
Your Party Times:
​
Morning Session: 10:30 am – 12 pm
Afternoon Session: 2:30 – 4 pm
​
Extra Party Time:
Many families choose to add extra time so kids
can play longer in the studio.​
​​
Additional time is available in 30-minute increments for $150.
​
If extra time is added, the party will begin earlier
so the ending time stays the same:
​
Morning Party
10:30 am – 12:00 pm → 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
​
Afternoon Party
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm → 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
​
Extra time must be arranged in advance
and is subject to availability.
Table Size:
​
Our large creative table measures 55" × 21'
and seats children on both sides.
​
We wrap the tables with craft paper and provide markers so kids can decorate the table during the party.
​
No need to bring a tablecloth.
​
The one exception would be a Slime party
when the tables remained unwrapped.
Party Room Capacity:
​
Comfortably fits 20 children
Maximum 24 children
Adults may relax in the reception area (bench seating for ~12).
Total studio capacity: 75 guests
​
Guest Count for the party:
Your party guest count includes all children attending the celebration, whether they are participating
in the craft or not.
​
Please include all children who will be in the party room for cake or activities in your final headcount.
​
Siblings & Extra Guests:
Siblings who are not part of the party guest count
are welcome to enjoy the studio by purchasing
an Open Studio session ($25).
​
If a sibling or additional child would like
to join the party room celebration with cake,
they must be included in the party
headcount ($35 per guest).
​
Drop-Off Option:
​
Kids ages 5+ may be dropped off with 1 adult chaperone per 5 children.
Create Studio team members
are not considered chaperones.
What to bring:
Cake or cupcakes/drinks, napkins, plates, utensils, candles.
We have a lighter and small refrigerator/freezer
but most people bring a cooler if they want to serve cold drinks.

We recommend bringing the smallest sizes
because the kids don’t finish them.
Decorations:
​
The studio is already fully decorated, but we do
have wall space available if you'd like to hang
a banner.
Nothing may be attached to the mural wall.
You're welcome to bring small decorations
for the center of the tables if you'd like to add
a personal touch.
​
Our team will happily help unload your car, set up decorations, and handle cleanup so you can enjoy the celebration.

Food:
​
Party times are scheduled between meal times,
so bringing food is optional.
​
Popular options include:
• pizza for the kids
• small snacks (Goldfish, Pirate’s Booty, etc.)
• mini juice boxes or water bottles
• breakfast tacos, bagels, or grazing boards for adults
​
You may bring alcohol for adults, but we are not able to serve it.
Please bring plastic cups — no glass allowed.
Food Delivery Timing:

Morning parties (ending at 12 pm)
Please schedule delivery around 11:15 am
Afternoon parties (ending at 4 pm)
Please schedule delivery around 3:15 pm
How to Book
Your Party
1. Choose Your Party Type

2. Submit Your Inquiry
​
Submit your preferred party date through our booking system.
3. Secure Your Date
​
We will send a request for the $150 non-refundable deposit.
The deposit link is active for
24 hours and secures
your party date.
4. Confirm Your Final Headcount
& Payment
​
Once your deposit is paid, you’re
all set!
​
Two weeks before your event
we will reach out to confirm
your final headcount, and the remaining balance will be due
at that time.
